Tips for riding into the fall

I promise I won’t preach riding in the winter. Not yet, anyway.

But I do think riding into the fall months is lovely. The temperatures are usually so much better. For me, it’s also usually a time when I’ve got a fair bit of fitness built up from summer riding.

I love the beautiful colors and the contrast between the bright red and orange leaves and the bright blue sky.

The downside is the lack of daylight, of course. Mostly, I’m riding on the weekends. There’s no longer after work rides in the fall. Fall, for me, is a weekend warrior sort of season.

Here some tips on autumn riding.

Here’s some photos from our ride today.
