Have you read Bitch Planet?

I’ve been enjoying this feminist graphic novel series for a year. I love it for the depictions of women and our physicality. There are tiny lithe women, thick glamazons and many women of colour. 

It’s a sci-fi dystopian world where non-conformist women are exiled to a prison planet nicknamed Bitch Planet. There are plans by the prison managers to have the women perform in games. The build to this is slow and I’m enjoying it. 

Each episode has the graphic novel then essays and reader responses. It is an explicitly feminist series which is rare. You can check it out here:
