Making Space: Day 22

On Day 22, we have a 2 minute movement video and a 2 minute meditation.

Not only is the fun (for me at least – two 2 minute things on the 22nd!) but it’s a good reminder that we don’t always need a ton of time to help ourselves feel a little better.

Sure, obviously it would be ideal if we always had lots of time to create however much space we need at a given moment – and I hope that happens for us- but the reality is that most of us have a lot on the go all the time.

And it is much better for us to create two minutes of space and expand that however and whenever we can rather than abandoning the idea of creating space for ourselves because we don’t have hours and hours to spend creating it right now.

Whether you have two minutes or two hours or anything in between today, I wish you ease and rest.
