I want to be on both teams! I love getting the extra hour, but then I really hate the dark by 4–5pm (where I live in Boston). However, if I have to pick, I will pick team Sam… I am dancing when the spring-forward time comes!

I have previously been Team Sam, but with a new work schedule that has most of my free time in the early morning, I’m looking forward to earlier sunrises this year. I’ll probably still hate the dark evenings, but at least there’s some redeeming value.

It’s the dark evenings that get to me the most – in London it can be pitch black by 4pm… and that does absolutely terrible things for my mood! x
