Day 3’s task was to think of five people and then think of something you could do to brighten their day.
I like this kind of assignment! It plays to my strength. I’m often helping (or least trying to help) other people.
I didn’t do all five things, but I did do two. The assignment didn’t ask you to do any of them, just think about how you could help.
The Big Joy project involves trying different things and seeing what adds joy to your life. I rated this one a success and marked it for future occasions.
