It’s never made sense to me to start new year’s resolutions on January 1. Set yourself up for success, not failure. Really the new year begins the first Monday after new year’s day. I know there are lots of problems with new year’s resolutions. We’ve certainly blogged lots about that. But if you like them, take heart. They start tomorrow.
Just to be clear, the new year starts Monday. Cool your jets. (Reblog)

Surely the new year starts today, Monday January 6th? It seems everyone has been on holiday up until now! 😂
