It’s #mirrorlessmonday at the University of Guelph.
What’s that?
“Mirrorless Mondays: A campaign to promote and educate the University of Guelph community about positive body image, self-love, and Health At Every Size.”
Some, but not all, of the mirrors in our university centre washrooms are covered over with paper featuring body positive messages.
I like it! Does your school or workplace take part in mirrorless Mondays?

It’s just striking, a good way to get your attention. I’m glad they didn’t cover all the mirrors. I had a meeting with the Provost and messy hair!

Are mirrors in male washrooms covered as well? (Or perhaps the washrooms are all-gender?)
