I’m at home celebrating with my dogs and some new books.
What are you up to?
For me, it’s the start of my research leave for work but I’m also taking an extended holiday break until Monday. I’ve got some dogs to keep me company (see above) and at lunch I’ll go to an anti-gravity restorative yoga class. Nap yoga in a cocoon seems appropriate for introvert day.
Why is World Introvert Day celebrated in January 2?
January 2 was selected for this special observance as it follows the busy holiday season and provides introverts with a moment of calm to recharge after the festivities.
