The task for today was to ask another person about something that’s made them happy recently.
That was an easy thing for me to do. I think I do it often. And thanks to the Big Joy reminder I’ll keep on doing it when I’m looking for micro moments of happiness.
I like hearing about other people’s joyful events. I’m the kind of person who delights in friends’ travel photos on social media, loves your pictures of your kids going back to school, and is always happy to hear about new romance in your life. Sign me up for the joy of others!
