Personal training time, #9, #wootd

Good morning! I’m tracking workouts again in the 226 in 2026 group. You can read about it here.

I’m considering a move away from social media, especially Facebook, but I feel connected to it through feminist philosophy, overseas family, the Guelph arts and cycling communities, and especially our feminist fitness community. As a result I started a “back up blog” where I keep a diary of all the things I like to share: workouts, outfits, dogs, shows I’m watching, books I’m riding, and gratitude posts.

So this morning, in a rush between the gym and my office, I accidentally shared my workout to the wrong blog!

No worries, I guess. Better than sharing an #ootd post here, I guess.

Here’s this morning’s workout, #9 of 2026. I feel I’m off to a good start. I was at aquafit last night (#8) and tomorrow will be Zwift (#10).

deadbugs and sideplanks, 3 sets

trap bar deadlift, 3 sets

row with dumbells, 3 sets

lat pull downs, 3 sets

hamstring curls, bridge with stability ball, 3 sets

seated rows on cable machine, 3 sets

hip mobility routine

stretch!
