Nat’s small & silly cycling goals are working

In January I had a goal of averaging 30 km per week of cycling.

When the snow melted I committed to cycling to work on my in office days. It’s 5 km round trip.

The short distance and time mean I have no excuses to not ride. Plus it’s so much better than walking.

I continue to make silly videos about my commute. I’m having a grand old time of it.

Not taking things so seriously has worked!

My spring riding has been consistent and I’m beating my year to date mileage from last year.

I’m also the local legend on a short flat segment called The Colborne as it is on my way home.

A little laurel leaf crown next to my name boasts a whopping 15 efforts in the last 90 days.

Here’s to even nicer weather!
