    I can lift more than a black bear, but less than a panda. I am OK with this (for now).

    More than a sloth, less than a grizzly. I fear knee injury going for more than a grizzly ever.


  3. I can’t tell you the last time I did a deadlift, but does lifting both my 11 month old and my 3 year old at the same time count as practice? If so, then less than any of those bears….combined they are about 70lbs.
